How do I buy a property?
The process of buying a property is very simple.
Buyers will need to conduct all research. Once research is completed, buyers can then proceed to purchase the property, if it is still available.
All properties are sold “As Is. Where Is.” and no guarantees are made. Before paying for the mentioned property, the prospective Buyer will be
emailed both the sales agreement and copy of the title they will receive.
How do I locate the property’s location?
To locate the land (viewable online), just view the video below. All maps are displayed according to the county mapping systems or other
mapping services we use. These services are deemed reliable but not guaranteed.
If the ad states the GPS Coordinates are “Approx” or “Approximate” then that means we do not know the exact land location.
Therefore, the land may NOT border the road. Buyer’s can only be 100% certain of a land’s location by paying a qualified land
surveyor or engineer who is state licensed and has the proper knowledge and experience.
